Longdean Music has long been recognised as the go template for contemporary music. With our two Mac Suites each running industry standard software allied to the courses we teach both GCSE and Sixth form, we prepare students for their next steps into the music business. The London College of Contemporary Music (which is a university) has a similar ethos and runs the same types of software on the same types of machines meaning anyone who wishes to graduate from Longdean to the LCCM will have a major headstart.

In addition, as a result of the partnership, our students will be invited to workshops at the College as well as lecturers coming to Longdean to give masterclasses as well as inviting our students to careers days. Also, there will be advice sessions for those wishing to apply to the LCCM on how to best phrase an application.

This is an exciting new development and one which can only benefit our Music students.
