We have now achieved IIP recognition for the fourth time and will keep this award for the next thee years until the review date of November 2012.

We believe in this standard because it puts staff at the forefront of our work. We believe that a happy staff is more likely to be a successful staff and to that end we try to ensure that all staff are valued, all staff have excellent professional development opportunities and that all staff are involved in the decision making processes that enable school improvement.
