How do l get prepared for Academic Tutorial?

Setting up the meeting
Meetings should be held at a time which is convenient to the form tutor and parent/guardian between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please ensure that a suitable meeting room is available and free at that specific time.

Two weeks before the academic tutorial week tutors should be speaking with their tutees and having a conversation about times and days which might be convenient for their parents / guardians. A note could be written into the planner to be shown when arriving home.

A week before the meeting tutors should confirm with the parents that they are able to attend on the time and date set. Ensure that a suitable meeting room is available and free at that specific time.

The day before the meeting, tutors should verbally check with their tutee just to add a reminder about the time and location.
