 If you are away from school for any reason, your parents should telephone the school (Pascal and Franklin 01442 205760, Da Vinci and Gates 01442 205773) before 9.30am, to explain your absence. When you return to school, a letter must also be brought to your Form Tutor for our records.

If you are late to morning or afternoon registration

  • You should be on the school site by 8.25a.m.

  • You should be in your Form Room by 8.30a.m.

  • Anyone who arrives in school after 8.30a.m. or in their Form Room after the last name on the register has been called, is late.

If you are late to lessons

  • You should move from lesson to lesson between the moving bells.

  • After the second bell, a register will be taken.

  • Anyone who arrives after the last name of the register has been called, is late.

If you arrive late to school or lessons in a single week, you will attend a school detention

Leaving School during hours
If it is necessary for you to leave school during school hours, you must bring a note from your parents and get permission from your Head of Year. In the case of illness, Reception will contact home for permission
When such permission is given, you must sign out in the appropriate book at Reception (Site C)
